-House-made spinach fettuccine with wild mushrooms, local broccolini, cream, and lemon, with optional shrimp or chicken paillard to add in
-MIddle Eastern spiced lentil soup with root vegetables, greens, preserved lemon and flatbread
-Yaki-udon stir-fried noodles with lots of vegetables and your choice of protein (chicken, pork, beef, tofu, or shrimp), served with a side of miso soup
-Burgers (your choice of beef or chicken) with Sarah's buns, caramelized onions, swiss, special sauce, and shoestring potatoes (If you prefer different or additional toppings, just let us know and we can accommodate them.)
-Roast rack of lamb or market fish with a warm grain salad-- farro, roasted carrots, fennel, isontina radicchio, toasted walnuts, dates, and a blood orange vinaigrette
-Chicken or pork braised in milk, lemon, and sage, with marble potatoes, asparagus, and peas
